Ask for your daily nutrition targets, the weight of a household portion, or the sources behind them, and the answer comes from the Sahni app's own engine: the Perfect Health Diet for healthy adults, guideline values otherwise, and the app's safety rules.

The tools receive what you tell the chat to calculate with: age, sex, height, weight, activity, goal and any health context you mention. Each answer is calculated from that request alone. Sahni stores nothing and keeps no logs of what you send. Cloudflare, which runs the service, handles the request itself (such as the IP address and the address requested) to deliver it. Your conversation is kept by ChatGPT or Claude under their own policies.
